Living on the Staffordshire/ Derbyshire border in the UK I am very fortunate to have access to some of the best trout streams in England i.e. the Dove/Derbyshire Wye/Derwent and have been fly fishing them for over 25 years. I have been tying flys now for over 40 years and a qualified Flyfishing /Flytying instructor for the last 25 years, my love is tying dry flys for the rivers, but I also enjoy tying flies in many different styles. My most recent project is opening a flyfishing shop in the town of Bakewell Derbyshire providing equipment and advice for the local area.
