My name is Sigurberg and I’m 37 years old fly tier and salmon fishing guide from Iceland.
My fly tying started when I was around 8 years old and sat my first fly tying class and I´ve been hooked on it since. Tying during the winter and working as a salmon fishing guide during the short summer in Iceland gives me good place to try out patterns that have been tied over the winter.
My main focus in flyting are small size salmon flies from #14 down to #20, and small hitch tubes and micro tubes. I’m really looking forward to IFF 2025, meeting old friends and making new ones. If you fancy small flies for salmon or just a chat, please stop by and say Hi.
