Andy Kitchener and Phillippa Hake of Semperfli are delighted to present the newly released range of ABCs - Andys’ Bugs and Creatures to the Irish Fly Fair.
These cleverly engineered synthetic bugs and creatures have revolutionised the way we create flies, bringing a whole new level of realism and functionality to the tying table. The ABC bugs provide an unmatched level of detail and flexibility that truly mimics the natural movement of a creature, giving your flies an irresistible allure in the water. These creatures are so anatomically accurate, you need to see them for yourself to fully appreciate the detail.
It is now so easy to create your own bugs or creatures, whether you want a simple and quick approach or to fully dress them according to your wishes. The limits are endless.
And they seriously catch fish! The movement of the SemperSuede in the water is incredible.
At your tying fingertips you have available - crabs, frogs, crayfish, damsel nymphs, dragonfly nymphs, hellgrammite nymphs, hydropsyche, leeches, mayfly nymphs, squid, stoneflies, grub bodies and grub bodies with wiggle tails. And if you want to create your own, the synthetic suede is available in sheets too!
