I am 50 years old and I live in Surwold in the beautiful Emsland, located in the north-west of Germany.
During my school days I passed the fishing exam and started fishing. During a fly-fishing course in 2008, I was shown how to tie a fly, among other things. Even then I was very enthusiastic and today I am passionate about this new hobby.
In autumn 2021 I had the pleasure of presenting my own flies at the EWF in Fürstenfeldbruck.
In April 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 I was back at the EWF and in November 2022 at the Bendingfeathers, also in Fürstenfeldbruck.
From March 2024 I am a member of the ProTeam of Renomed.
I will be tying on the Renomed Stand 25, call past and say hello.
